About Resurrected Gun Parts

Resurrected Gun Parts specializes in the reproduction of rare and historical firearm components,

with a focus on preserving history for collectors, restorers, and enthusiasts. We operate in

compliance with all applicable firearm laws and regulations, and we do not sell or produce any

items prohibited by law.

Eligibility

By using our site or services, you represent that you are:

• At least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction);

• Legally allowed to purchase, own, or possess the types of parts we reproduce;

• Compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal firearm regulations.

Partner Program

Our Partner Program allows individuals with unique or rare historical firearm parts to loan them

for technical reference so we can reproduce them.

• Loan Process: If we cannot source technical specifications internally, we may post a “Wanted”

notice on our Partner Program Bulletin Board. Partners who own the requested part may volunteer to

loan it to us.

• Handling of Parts: All parts will be handled with care, measured, and documented using

professional equipment. Parts will be returned promptly after reproduction.

• Compensation: As thanks, we will return your original part along with 1–2 high-quality

reproductions for your personal use.

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of your original part. All technical drawings, CAD models,

and reproductions created by RGP remain our intellectual property.

• Legality: You must ensure that any part you loan is legal to own and ship in your jurisdiction.

RGP is not responsible for violations of local laws by program participants.

Use of Customer-Supplied Parts

When customers provide original parts for reproduction:

• The customer affirms they are the lawful owner of the part and that it is legal to send to RGP.

• RGP will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard the item during shipping, storage, and

handling.

• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

• Customers acknowledge that reproductions may have minor dimensional variances due to the

limitations of original manufacturing tolerances and wear.

Sales & Product Information

• All products are sold for legal uses only.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable firearm laws.

• Some parts may require fitting or gunsmithing by a qualified professional. RGP is not responsible

for improper installation or unsafe modifications.

• Historical reproductions are for restoration, educational, or display purposes unless otherwise specified.
